Payment is up front; as soon as payment is received then work will start on the commission (this is to ensure no time wasters)
Please ensure you note/email me all the information relating to the commission needed along with contact details (such as email address)
The mug will be sent direct from the supplier, it is you’re responsibly to check the goods. (Also be aware of the ongoing postal strikes.)
Please let me know if the commission is urgent (eg x-mas gift)
I will not be able to offer refunds, as you are paying for my time. However if I agree with any complaints then it is my choice to over a replacement.
